May we refer to the ?MEDIASTATEMENT? by the Christian Brothers dated 21st August 2007?
It appears that the Christian Brothers are seeking an explanation as to why Archbishop Dr Diarmuid Martin has released ?THE PRIVATE REPORT ON ARTANE INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL? now that the Christian Brothers are back on planet earth from planet stupid.
The Christian Brothers should be well advised to take a good look at the absolute determination of Jim Beresford in relation to his letters to Archbishop Diarmuid Martin and to the Ryan Commission.
And the Christian Brothers should be well advised to take a good look at an unspecified number of lawyers acting for abused people who filed for discovery of the Fr Henry Moore Report as important testimony in respect of their proceedings.
It?s quite clear that the Christian Brothers are still expecting that the Ryan Commission will edit the truth in relation to Fr Henry Moore Report while they await the findings of the Ryan Commission and the publication of its report.
Due to the above mentioned it would be in the best interests of many victims of institutional child abuse who originally made applications to attend the former Honourable Justice Mary Laffoy Investigation Committee hearings including any former Artane victims of institutional child abuse to make their presence felt to the Ryan Commission if they were prevented by the Ryan Commission from pursuing allegations of institutional child abuse.
