Dear Minister,

We are in receipt of a letter from your colleague Mr . Michael McDowell, T.D., the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform who has sent you a copy of a letter requesting Expunging of offences against those who as children were in institutions.

This matter continues to be raised at all meetings where victims gather and we would be grateful for an early reply, prefertable before we have our next meeting.
